When are you open?

Currently we are open at weekends for ticketed shows. We are also open for private events. To book a private show for a weekday or weekend call 210-290-5502.

Due to changing circumstances, we may only have availability for shows a couple of weeks in the future. If you are looking to book for a certain month, please visit the website 2-3 weeks before your intended date.

What is your mask policy/social distance guidelines.

Currently we require guest to wear masks while walking around the Theatre building. You may take them off during the show when sat in your seat.

All seats, door knobs and surfaces are cleaned between shows.

Families and groups can sit together and will be at least 6 feet from the nearest group.

Does The Magicians Agency serve food?

Unfortunately we do not. You do receive FREE popcorn and soft drinks.

Are the shows suitable for children?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on offering a true family show that is suitable for any age group. We don’t offer tickets for children under 4 years old, as we feel the show can be scary for them and we hate to see any of our audience get upset.

Where are you located?

Our address is 217 Alamo Plaza. The entrance is on Crockett Street. We are on the fourth floor above the Mirror Maze. There is an elevator.

How long is the show?

The show is one hour long. After the show you will have time to browse our magic store and talk to our magicians.

I am having trouble buying tickets on the website.

We have just launched our brand new website so there still maybe a couple of glitches to iron out. If you are having any issues please call us at (210) 290 – 5502 and we will get you booked in.

Do you offer Military or Student discounts?

Yes we do. For Military enter the coupon code MILITARY15 to receive 15% off of tickets ( for up to 4 people ). Please bring Military I.D

For Students enter the coupon code STUDENT10 to receive 10% off of your ticket. Please bring Student I.D
